A major construction project is planned for our neighborhood that will affect us all.
A group of your neighbors, homeowners, tenants and business owners is taking action.
We have 60 days to Influence the decisions finalized by the planning commission, and we need your help.
Here are the facts.

The proposed Building project is Massive.
A colossal Assisted Living memory and care facility is planned for our residential neighborhood at 55 Thomas Drive.
The proposed project would:
take up 3.7 acres of a 6.6-acre site and
include a 6-story, 70-foot-tall building,
with 72 apartments,
a central kitchen,
common areas and,
an underground parking garage,
totaling over 141,000 square feet.
That’s a massive, permanent change that would impact traffic, open space, hillside stability, the environment, wildlife corridors, and the character of our neighborhood.
The project may be approved within 60 days IF We don’t Act Now.
